Evolution

Evolution provides a unique investment opportunity and is designed for medium to long term investment. It is underwritten by AXA Life Europe Limited (AXA Life Europe Limited is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland) and is distributed by AXA Financial through financial advisers.

The products we offer include:

  • Single Premium Investment Bond:
    The Evolution Investment Bond is a single premium whole of life investment bond available to Individuals, Corporates and Small Self Administered Pension Schemes (SSAPS)
  • Approved Retirement Fund (ARF):
    An Approved Retirement Fund is one of the post retirement pension options that you may be entitled to consider at retirement. An Approved Retirement Fund offers the ability to manage your own retirement fund, from which withdrawals can be taken during retirement.
  • Personal Retirement Plan (PRP):
    A Personal Retirement Plan provides pension income and/or a lump sum for you when you retire, bearing in mind that the value of the ultimate benefits provided by the Evolution Personal Retirement Plan will depend on the level of contributions that you make and the investment return that is achieved by the Personal Retirement Plan.
  • Buy Out Bond (BOB):
    If you are leaving your employer’s service and have a preserved retirement benefit in your employer’s occupational pension scheme, you may wish to consider transferring the value of your preserved benefit into a Buy Out bond.  Alternatively, the trustees of your employer’s occupational pension scheme may opt to transfer the value of your preserved benefit into a Buy Out bond for you, normally when the scheme is being wound up.In either case, or where you have an existing Buy Out bond, you may want to consider the Evolution Buy Out Bond and the control that it provides.The Evolution Buy Out bond provides retirement benefits for you when you retire, bearing in mind that the value of the benefits provided will depend on the amount of transfer value paid into the Bond, the investment return achieved and annuity rates at retirement.
  • Evolution provides further pension investment opportunities it is also available to third party ARFs and Small Self Administered Pension Schemes (SSAPS):
    AXA Financial provides Approved Retirement Fund holders (through their Qualifying Fund Manager) and trustees of Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes with access to our wide range of international investment funds.
